In the industry, cold-pressed paddles typically use standard PP honeycomb cores. Thermoformed paddle cores have evolved from early Core 2 PP honeycomb to today’s advanced Core 5 multi-layer foam structures.
PKZK supports the full evolution of thermoformed paddle cores — including PP honeycomb, EVA blends, and EPP foam structures. Whatever your paddle performance goals, we have a core to match.
