We specialize in high-quality, USAP-approved paddles for players of all levels—offering the perfect balance of spin, control, and power.

With a focus on performance and innovation, we produce paddles using advanced materials like carbon fiber (T700, 3K, 12K, 18K), Kevlar, titanium, and glass fiber, with textured surfaces for enhanced grip and feel.

Our production capacity includes:

• 3 Cold-Press Production Lines (70,000 paddles/month)

• 5 Additional Flexible Lines (Up to 120,000 paddles/month)

• Thermoformed Paddle Line (12,000 paddles/month)

• Vietnam factory launching soon (50K/month potential)

At PKZK, we are committed to producing the highest-quality pickleball paddles by rigorously testing every aspect of their performance. Our dedicated testing lab ensures that all paddles meet USAP specifications and deliver superior performance, durability, and consistency.

Our key tests include:

• Coefficient of Friction: Tested according to ASTM D1894-14 to maintain a maximum kinetic coefficient of ≤ 0.1875 for smooth play.
• Reflection Testing: Ensuring paddles have a non-reflective hitting surface with a measurement under 80 GU for optimal visibility and performance.
• Surface Roughness: Using the Starrett SR160 tester to meet USAPA requirements (RZ ≤ 30µm, RT ≤ 40µm), ensuring optimal spin performance.
• Fatigue Testing: Verifying that our paddles withstand over 30,000 hits to exceed standard lifespan expectations.
• Breakpoint Testing: Identifying weak points to reinforce paddles for increased durability.
• Coating Adhesion: Ensuring surface patterns stay fresh and intact even after extended use.
